If you're tell me I'm imagining something - no I'm stating facts. Like the fact LBIE v AGFP has 2 days to do the oral hearing that CG the cousel for AGFP tried to extend to April 2024 and QE (LBIE) rejected.

Fact is, it's not imagination if you're stating you KNOW where all the money is and there's clearly a $485 demand by the MOST FEARED LAW FIRM (QE just wins) in the world.... again.

Um, not imagination that you don't KNOW that there's no money out there:

The judgment should be reversed, and the Court should enter a judgment of
$485 million in favor of LBIE, plus interest. In the alternative, the Court should
vacate the judgment and instruct Supreme Court to issue a decision that considers
market pricing and applies an objective standard of reasonableness.

You are betting against the CIA Intelligence Chief that joined LBHI in 2005 and every Monday at 8:45 AM met with the top 12 executives and Fuld on the 31st floor to tell LBHI where to safely put their BILLIONS.

You also know that the litigation is not accounted for in LBHI cash flow estimates.

So clearly not imagination. I think you're being too rigid.

"In the alternative"...

And the CIA...

You really think all the subsidiaries are reporting the cash out there that they settled with LBHI on outside of court? All 80?

You think that is just a certainty? No. I will not CLAIM shit, this is a fact that I will have the money show up in my account once CH 11 litigation ends - this is CH 11 litigation still open ended. And these are DTCC -> my PFD shares in my brokerage account not UK paper "claim by" situations. Why would I go Rex Wu if I was confident that the Claims in 10 B will not only pay out but the entire LBHI CH 11 in surplus. Maybe you should read back to the filing. The CFO checked that LBHI expected to payout all claims. And you can't say it's not been the case. Subsidiaries first -> LBHI to LBHCT DELAWARE STATUTORY TRUST ISSUED PFD SHARES. I get it. Do you? File a claim if you want. Rex Wu didn't get anywhere. I emailed him. He said he couldn't discuss anything. Fact is - too early and also unnecessary.
