There was never any shareholder approval on anything except to increase the available share count !!!!!!!!!!!

We have investors here who know what is going on and they either ignore it or they will never admit it PUBLICLY because they think anything that isn't pumpity pump pump, will hurt the share price .... But if the CEO would be upfront about his private dealings and follow through with the Adderall exchange with Elite at the price Mikah paid and CLOSE Mikah ... It would help Elite and the share price !!!!!

EVERYONE knows this and some will admit "in private conversation" that they are not happy with the CEO's Mikah dealings, but they will not speak the truth here,
