I do not believe the stock is a scam. Money was always going to be hard to find and the CEO put a lot of time and money into the project. I believe he was led on by the debt partner and that failed to materialize. The merger was either out of desperation or they were sandbagged by the middleman and GX. Still though this has been a disaster and the CEO bears full responsibility for the failure. Mark would tell you that himself. I remember when he canned the previous CEO of IBC and that guy was a 4-star General if I am correct.
