It's going to be awhile folks... Bullshiting Brett Rosen is just now getting around to looking for a receiver the courts would except. If/when a receiver is finally appointed, there first job will be to figure out how to pay off like 6 million in Judgments.

No legit company would even consider merging into a dead penny stock scam with that kind of liability. Let alone all the other debt and huge fraud issues., SEC investigation and all...
