I do wonder if Andy's last move of saying we do not intend the use the ATM while doing it and the comment on a stock squeeze is just not an excuse for a class action lawsuit that would allow him to bankrupt the company and to start over again? I mean why would anyone do such stupid things unless he feels that being a savior of the world from pollution allows him to do whatever he wants to accomplish his goals including lying, deceit and securities fraud. He must have a melomaniac complex or something.
