Hi zendo...

regarding the annual report containing updates....those filings are historical...meaning they report things that have already occurred during the reporting period....

The volume of information presented at the shareholders meeting just 4 weeks ago seemed to cover a significant amount of ground on the "what is happening" topic.....I take out of that information that alot is happening...

Given all that appears to have gone on during the quiet period, I'm all for the quietness....
