The MelonBun takes the cake for having the wildest FnF theory...



His biggest mistake by far is assuming that FnF being recapped and released means that the legacy common shares will greatly appreciate in price.

There are any number of ways for recap/release to happen while the legacy common either loses money from here or doesn't make very much.

Got legal theories no plaintiff has tried? File your own lawsuit or shut up.
