Jeffery converts damn near 100 million shares after the embezzlement was exposed and Spencer walked away from the ticker. Including the 23 million share that were never disclosed the day after the ticker went dark defunct.

Bryan issued millions of shares to himself and his buddies on the way out the door.
He also tried and failed miserably to highjack HHGI at the same time he was going after BFCH. Scammers just can't leave well enough alone. Always greedy for more. Oh well. More for the people of concern.
