It may be hard for you to believe that someone who spent his life enforcing US policy at the point of a gun, might be a little desensitized, but I actually served, and I don't find warriors to be all that concerned with body counts. I have a friend who spent a long career killing people in and out of uniform, and his views on civilian casualties are not exactly nuanced either.

Lindsay Graham, a military veteran and a JAG officer, and John Bolton, once one of our most senior diplomats, both want to turn Iran into a parking lot... maybe not all 88 million people there, but they're not overly concerned with that.

So... no I don't have a lot of regard for their views, and I think you just want someone with credentials to agree with your genocidal lust. Life is just cheap to a lot of people and they're long divorced from their own humanity, if they had any to begin with. That's where you are now. Who knows if you were ever different

I don't have much concern for how old you think I am. I can remember Jack Kennedy being shot, and I can remember the IDF attacking the USS Liberty, and I remember Europe when the Berlin Wall was in place, when I could take the train out of Frankfurt, but not past Fulda.
