ORXPF: effective Feb. 27,2024 1453709 B.C. Ltd. (the "Purchaser"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zeg Oil and Gas Ltd. ("Zeg Oil"), acquired all of the issued and outstanding Forza Shares not already owned by the Purchaser or Zeg Oil, pursuant to an arrangement under the provisions of the Canada Business Corporations Act. Forza shareholders will receive $0.15 in cash for each Forza Share held.
