JUST because the shares haven't converted to common doesn't mean company hasn't diluted. AU CONTRAIRE

THE $1.4 default demand loan would convert to a ton of common, other debt liabilities
They have issued out Pfd C shares like Halloween candy , all convert to common. at any time

They issued our a ton of subscriptions at .12 ...maybe READ their financials LOL
