They have kept an open S-1. I get your outlook on standard protocols, but Kblb is not your typical ground floor company. It is a sector transforming company with big demand in Medical & Military++. They have no competitors. And with uplisting to a national exchange there are always exceptions.

If they don’t need to do a rs then why would they….
Time will prove, but success here will be long sought after world big!!
