The SEC filings (S-1/A) that KBLB have been posting over the past 3.5 years have stated $5.25.

That would be at least a 65:1 reverse split.

In addition, the share price usually plummets after a reverse split, so they will most probably want a share price that is higher (which would require a bigger reverse split).
