Definitely at least several options for Sonendo

The one I would like to see is a reverse merger. What that does is facilitate a private company going public where the private company acquires Sonendo and they also get a listing on the NYSE in the process. That's probably the best bargaining chip for Sonendo in a Reverse Merger. The agreed to price will take some negotiation and lots of back and forth counter proposals so any reverse merger would not be an instantaneous event or any slam dunk. It would likely start with a LOI or a MOU signifying that the two parties have commenced negotiations. That PR would attract a lot of attention and be more centered on an agreed to buyout figure rather than just MOMO or FOMO in a relisting.
