I really don't know if talking about the AT&T outage is a good strategy for DLOC to take.

A software issues (as AT&T claims) took out 1/3rd of mobile phones. in America.

In the future a software issue could potentially take out all satellites phones all at once stopping all communication world wide.

Just food for thought.
