Highly possible SONX is a takeover target.

Indeed it might be an AI company that takes a shine to Sonendo, why not! But if that were the case, our friendly CEO could very plausibly be under Non Disclosure restrictions.

Is that the real* reason for the 4 money managers literally out of no where? Sonendo is getting bought out. Well these money managers suddenly all showed up at the same time for legitimate reasons obviously. So again a plausible scenario. No I'll go one further because these money managers all show up on the same day. Now that is highly significant of a major development going down like David Lee Roth wisely points out. For that sudden same day filing pow wow then. I'm going to say chances are PROBABLE* there's a merger, JV or major affiliate getting really chummy with SONX as we speak.

A merger is certain to be less difficult a path in getting on the NYSE than any self powered Sonendo initiative to relist. So I'm going to use that other P-word here.
