Warren Buffet is talking about exchange traded stocks not a Stinky Pinky that isn't a SEC reporter - the bottom of the barrel.

We have another naive OTC investor - and this statement doesn't apply to the OTC.

"The stock market is a device for transferring MONEY from the impatient to the patient......Warren Buffet"

The OTC is for trading not investing - those who believe the hype and invest lose their investment.

The only way to trade penny stocks that use message boards, social media (Twitter - Facebook), forward looking press releases, pumping 8-Ks and paid promotions is to just consider them all to be scams and just trade them do not invest in them. You'll lose 99% of the time if you believe the hype.
