My interpretation

- Nick is done with the small retail investors, he is prepare to let the share price fall to where ever it may fall believing that if his plan comes together share price will take care of itself.

- he is no longer going to provide to those that want to harm SNPW with ways to harm SNPW ,like harassing the property agent of the Elba property, spreading false information from a phone call JamesHL made to GEP Solar where he was claiming that SNPW lying about having a exclusive distributorship with GEO New Energy only to later we found out the person on the other end of the call was the one with the wrong information.

Even yesterday JamesHL was making a false claim of gotta.
He wrote FoxEss USA an e-mail mis representing himself as a potential buyer of product, asking them if Sun Pacfic had an inclusive distributorship with FoxEss and they said no, FoxEss does not have an exclusive distrbutorship with any one.
He than began a posting claims of lies against the company.posting "Fox-ess has verified SNPW is not an exclusive distributor." while leaving out the important fact SNPW NEVER MADE A CLAIM OF HAVING AN EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT WITH FOXESS'

- "further updates via an 8K and after we are ready". which I am guessing will be something after the D is removed and near the 10K release.

Until then I expect silence.
