Outdoorsmen.com, Inc. announced today that it has completed two additional Letters Of Intent (LOI) bringing the total to seven outdoor industry consumer trade show operators that service the outdoor industry economy in the U.S.


Outdoorsmen.com is a social media, e-commerce, and integrated management technology company operating in the sporting goods industry, devoted to supporting the hundreds of millions of consumers and business operators that contribute to an annual gross economic output of $1.1 trillion from the U.S. outdoor economy. The Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) calculates the economic output of outdoor recreation to be $1.1 trillion, surpassing industries such as mining, utilities, farming and ranching, and chemical products manufacturing according to their updated national statistics and state-level data on the outdoor recreation economy that recognizes the critical role the industry plays in supporting economic growth in the United States.

Outdoorsmen.com, Inc. announced in 2023 that it has implemented an aggressive roll-up strategy of small business operators and outdoor industry consumer trade shows, leading up to an initial public offering in early 2024. On February 8th, 2024 the company announced they have launched a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) cloud-based software system that will be used by the trade show operators and small businesses they acquire, as well as licensing it through a software as a service (SaaS) subscription to their business customers.
