Note to Kjv; maybe you can get clarity from Prodigy?

In Kjv's first message she replied that all was in and waiting on the SEC or whoever it is that grants access back to Pink.

In the second message she seemed to indicate they are in dispute with the authorities which would make sense on the delay.

Disputes aren't great.. Not like; 'we are in touch we know what we are doing and are taking action'

So maybe Kjv, you can check in and find out exactly where things are at? Or at least try so all does not remain kinda vague..
