So your DD tells you that justdelegate.co is the same company as delegate.xyz? That seems like bad DD. How did you surmise this? Also, what number did you call? Did you actually call? Are you just a contrarian glued to the negative side for some reason or another?

I have no idea who or what the entity will be, but some people (you and others) appear to skew / purposefully misinterpret information that's presented speculatively. The forthcoming deal could be positive or negative -- no way of knowing until it's known. Just seems weird is all. Bye now.
