Boiler There are several approaches to valuing a stock. One of them is net assets per share. Another is the p/s ratio. My favorite for companies that are growing fast is the p/e ratio. One view is that companies that can be expect their earnings per share to grow at a rate of for instance 40% for at least a few years into the future should have a p/e ratio of 40.
