Our only hope here, is that Rik and his attorneys can persuade the jury that the company is now functioning properly, that it’s making money and benefiting society, so to speak, and no longer perceived as a share of selling scheme.

The prosecutor’s job is to prove the opposite.

I certainly hope we win, but that’s not realistic. I think the jury will convict Rik personally, and spare the company for the sake of investors. But if the company is not making money and all these stories, Rik is telling us about making money through vitamins and energy drinks are lies, then the company is going to go down the toilet as well.

Let’s see.
