The previous $9m is not subtracted from the $15m leaving only $6m. They are separate, GVSI is on the hook for the "best effort" full $15m.

I thought George had tweeted about it back on the 6th but it seems some of his tweets referenced here on the board have since been deleted.

Not sure how that can be spun as a positive.
