Just spoke with OTC Markets AGAIN, IGPK will not be going Expert Market, this is a blatant lie. If in doubt, call them yourself [phone]. IGPK has filed everything, the next filing due is the Annual Report, as long as it’s filed 16 months following their last one, they are fine. So IGPK has until end of April to do so. And from there, they have a 15 day grace period which puts it mid-May.

Don’t listen to these ass clowns that say otherwise. If you don’t believe me, call them yourself. The rep I spoke with also said this is commin during a merger, and the Yield sign is typical as filings come in, just as what IGPK tweeted out last year when the Yield went up. These morons just want cheap shares, know what you own, tune out the noise.
