I see how smart you are fear mongering on this old subject. The other self appointed king is bi polar and change his agenda quarterly to make some money. You do the same but under cover.

Here are the fact, did Nasrat breach fiduciary duty? No, because he gave the option to Elite board and wanted all of the Adderall to be owned by Elite. Elite could not afford so instead of selling it to others he kept it within the family. He protected shareholders from outside investor which could lead us to a bigger challenge.

You know the mind bugling point here is you guys were cool if Sungen or another company owned the half and nobody become upset but now that Nasrat helped to keep it inside your are mad and bring the lawsuit up. Sorry but fear mongering is not working lol

Another point that shows he rescued Elite and did not breach fiduciary duty is proven result of his actions, means record breaking yoy revenue and a bunch of ANDA needle movers that have been filed with FDA.

He definitely protected shareholders interest. Simple.
