Dude I'm not assuming. I owned a business over 25 years before I sold it and what I do know is nothing is done overnight and everything you think will be easy to do is not. Everything takes time especially if you're not in control of it like dealing with the IRS, SEC, and local ordinances. What I see is someone with no business experience giving his nonprofessional advice that is being assumed to scare folks into selling their shares. I think it's pathetic what you are doing.
