So he buys it for who knows how much it would cost to buy a billion dollar ANDA.

Then takes a profit split that has made the company absolutely flourish. It's literally the reason the company didn't have to dilute your precious shares, didn't have to take high risk loans and has poured money into R&D.

Resulting in a $10b and growing pipeline. Lol

Then he takes that profit split and loans the money to Elite so they can have cash flow as their demand rapidly increases so much they need a second facility because 100% Elite owned products in a 10 Billion dollar market.
