I think it is the exact opposite you are saying.
I think they dump until the price drops a tick, then buy shares till it goes back up a tick, then dumps into it.
Doesn't take all that much buys to bring it back up compared to how many they dump.
No one wants our shares of this POS pinky. lol. They have survived since inception in 2006 by selling shares, making promises, being in talks, signing LOI's etc. What do we have after 17 years? We have not made a profit EVER. lol. When they run out of shares, they are tho only ones that want our shares badly, so they just do a RS and take them back!
