We are in a very bullish stage with our little gem here.

I have been watching the tape over the last many weeks and the end of day huge single execution is a positive. What I believe i going on with this huge and is shown as a buy is indicative of the company exercising their earlier release that they want to give insiders and certain investors the opportunity to acquire at .001. This is as well an indication that the company doesn't want to lower the share price below .001. They are holding the line here.

Now I believe these trades at end of day are like T-Trades to cover the number of trades that are going off at .001 during the trading session on the open market and then near the close, the huge trade is simply a cover trade. See Market Makers are not allowed to hold inventory at the close of any given trading day, they must cover to balance out. This is a strict SEC rule.

The market maker allows these .001 trades to trade out during the session without having the sells. Retail traders are not selling at .001 since there are no traders in a position to sell. Most bottom traders have already bailed long ago.

The 2 entities that are selling at .001 I believe; one is the note and the cover aspect from the company exercising their earlier mention of issuing 500M shares to certain buyers with the rules they have established from a previous announcement. I also think this is in coordination with the note. If you look at the O/S the figure hasn't changed in the last 2 weeks. Meaning there is no dilution at this point. So, it has to be more on the company's end covering these .001 going off during the trading session right before the close. Now, we will know more on the Share Structure tomorrow or Monday since the OTC sometimes doesn't update every end of day.

Never-the-less, it is extremely positive, a bullish indicator that we are on a verge of moving higher with respect for shareholders' ROI.

I believe this is a strong buying opportunity at .001 and for full disclosure, I am one off them and believe these aren't sells at .001, certainly the ones that I'm getting.
