lol First thing I thought about was, Tombstone, when I read " Faustian bargain ".
I haven't seen any reason to doubt that this company is legit and as I eluded to earlier, the financing they are using, is just the stage they are at.
As far as the financial information goes, I'll believe what I see posted to the SEC.
All that said, I'm sure there will be plenty of opportunity to make money on this ticker, as it has already proven to.

A sure sign that the debate has been won:
When the response is an attack against the other person.
