Nasrat is an investor and he took a path to have the most ROI for him and Elite. 50/50. Elite didn't have money at that time so in fact he could buy the whole Adderall if he wanted. Anyway, you like it or not, it is LEGAL and it is what it is and you CAN'T do anything about it. There was another option that Sungen could have sold Adderall to another buyer.

Again, he rescued the company and now all of this record breaking revenue year over year is because of his decision.

No go keep nagging! Nothing is gonna change the only thing it may help you to do a little day trade or average down. If I'm not mistaken you got your shares at 40 cents or so I know it hurts that you have been in red for years now but you still can make money if you stay long a little longer.

Many of us true long here got in very early and been GREEN for long time now and not selling at these prices! LOL
