I heard from a Susquehanna analyst that while AMD is starting to catch up with the hardware part of AI chip systems (racks) they are 6 years behind even catching up to Nvidia on the software end (NVDA has worked on software stuff for 20 years); Analyst said Nvidia has a monopoly right now, so in the crown seat position. I think they will likely start to top out in the 700s to 800s share price area for some months, but still those who bought in 3-5 years ago are happy campers. And the growth prospects for supporting technology company's in AI will do well in the 3-5 year timeframe.
