Add to that a messy divorce, in what they have in common. Bad timing for F1 as he's been through so much already with the Stop and Shop and other dealings/litigations. Poor guy.

Although...Maybe only one bet someone else's house? Maybe the people that pretend here, to be besties with F1 could ask?

The expectations here are out of whack to say the least.

Even if the interim CEO was a genius, astute business man and had incredible luck...

The odds of turning a dirty shell, with $500 in the bank, after many false promises and failed attempts, into a $1B company, even in a year is about zero. If some want to pretend that happens everyday, more fantasies to them.

Now add in both CF and F2 didn't have very nice things to say about F1, so who would actually do a deal with mONI? Thus we have a number deals failing. My guess is the Part 135 was failure #2 since that never jived with the "final negotiations" tweeted 13 months ago nor the "acquire a company as a wholly owned subsidiary" when the next deal was about a "reverse merger".

I believe mONI will eventually acquire something or get bought. If the former, likely something on par with BitGift. Some old tires recapped with pump. Certainly nothing that would support a $10M market cap. Any company that wanted to do a reverse merger would pick a clean shell and save all the F1 headaches and excess baggage.

Oh and keep in mind F1 didn't renew CF contract. Why is that? If someone was gonna hire a stock touter, wouldn't it be closer to the finish line and then for some months afterwards?
