It's always good news when your lawyer quits after being on the case for years.

I would love to hear how that can be viewed as a positive. Plus, I think that the T-Mobile trial is slated for Aug. Does this mean that it is now likely that VOIP asks for a movement to a later date. I am betting that happens and the date slides to 2025.

I would not be shocked by that at all. The sooner I get out of this stock the better. Nothing since my purchase has been a positive. Rich has said everything is good many times. I don't even call any more. I can't trust him. I bought last spring and all we have had is insiders selling constantly, trial dates that get pushed sliding more than a year thus far, lawyers quitting, settlement of cases for no financial amount, and huge dilution as they raise additional capital.

Oh and the reinstatement of the 40% ownership agreement for Emil. This way they sell shares for $.005 a share and for every one of those Emil get .67 shares with a strike price of $.001. So Emil through Barbara sells shares every week and has netted nearly $4 million in proceeds. If Emil was being diluted along with us he would have incentive to get this done. Instead he can drag this out 5 more years and he will get the same % of the settlement. During that time Rich will continue to say Emil gave back huge amounts of shares and is a great guy. And he and Barbara will continue to sell shares.

Can someone point to one positive event in 2023/24 that should make us believe this is going to end well? Please point to something because I can't see it myself and I want to have some hope.

Can someone point me to one thing that has happened that can be considered a positive.
