If you can trade from L2 try using a MM other than GTSM or CSTI, they have both been showing 10K shares on the bid and ask for weeks.

I believe this explains the trades of around 10,000 shares multiple times daily on L3.

I have Schwab and now that they have Think or Swim I can trade from L2.
