RAPT- The market cap at the end of yesterday was only 236M and they had 185M in cash at the end of there last quarterly report. The stock has recovered somewhat today and is up approx. 30% (now over 300M in market cap on heavy volume. The day traders have control of it now and there is no telling where it will end up. It's too risky for me given the upside is limited and I don't like the "ratio".

Judging from the comments here, it sounds like RAPT is going to have a tough time getting back on track in Atopic Dermatitis. The drug very possibly could have caused the liver failure or in some synergistic combination (Supplement, Covid?). Probably no way to really tell, (the are doing a lever biopsy and a small chance they find an answer there. Even if they do get the go ahead from the FDA to resume it's probably stained forever or as Doc328 puts it:

"the drug is likely toast for atopic dermatitis unless another decidedly mitigating fact emerges."

Many thanks to all (dewophile, iwfal, bladerunner, Doc328) who provided insight on the drug's MOA and or similar compounds in the AD space.
