…if someone buys it, thats 10% of tradeable Float- …this could get crazy, as there are so many other penny stocks that dilute and are two day gainers then go back down…..here though we have had no dilution since last May, but not only on the verge of what sounds like prototype solving the riddle in best way of the too big to think about 8 billion cell phone market….(and other markets like todays PR about agriculture possible applications w Santenna)….

Best of all though, we really are putting our money on one of the worlds best wireless/satellite research and development programs at Florida International University (as DLOC, incredibly for a penny stock, as exclusive rights to license out AND commercialize the new wireless innovations) ….and we are putting our money on CEO Rich Berliner, an old school pioneer in this tech space of satellites and wireless and telecom…..he is a big reason why i am here.
