I knew there was dilution, I just didn't believe the CEO would dump the stock down so hard after such good news, so I still believe it was both.
By the way all I did was ask you if you were part of a group that I personally know of that has dropped stocks that hard by dumping together because I've seen it done many of times before.

All you had to do is say you didn't belong to any group and I would have left it at that.
