Hence the term"AGENT" The Transfer Agent as in the company is employed by Third Bench. They most likely employ individual agents. You have been posting that Third Bench does not pay the transfer agent. They do pay the company known as the transfer agent. That company pays employees to do the work.

Its a silly argument. You always pay a business for services rendered and their employees provide the service.

For illustration I have never actually paid Ronald McDonald for a cheeseburger. I seem to always have to pay an employee who is an agent for McDonalds.
