Your pathetic understanding of this procedure is so woefully poor Im getting a side ache from laughing so hard!. You should just stick to loosing your money by buying shit stocks and quoting scientific knowledge from wiki! The reason you would not use oil on the first test is pretty easy for any logical mind to understand. You don’t want flammable liquid spilling out all over the place and in Qsep case running a high voltage through such a liquid could be catastrophic. These test are used to rate a pressure vessel at a specific percentage over and above the operating pressures. They would 100% run this with water first- your assertion that they would fill it with oil pressurized to whatever operating bar they need to be at then flip the switch on the first go around is just pure insanity. Your continuity argument is even more absurd! Why did KM only use a single unit? Because Tcpl
had much high volumes. Sir Bernoulli you are not!

Keep your day job at the Home Depot pvc sprinkler dept! I will enjoy watching blowhards like you loose every cent!
