My assumption is yes, they plan to relist. Have no clue how they plan to accomplish this. A new company (ticker)? Reverse merger?. Revive and resume the reporting under current ticker? One step is to get current with financial reporting. Who knows if their announcements are legit. Would like to see some 8K's with material events to make everything more credible. We shall see.
