Since the attorney that filed the form 4 managed to screw up the reporting persons address, will he have to file a correction to the form 4?
I had to see for myself and sure enough - someone pulled a major blunder on the filing address.
Unless NioCorp has relocated to California to be near the Mountain Pass REE mine, this is a pretty embarrassing typo.
What attorney filed this form?
