Per Investopedia.com "Pump-and-dump is an illegal scheme to boost a stock's or security's price based on false, misleading, or greatly exaggerated statements. Pump-and-dump schemes usually target micro- and small-cap stocks. People found guilty of running pump-and-dump schemes are subject to heavy fines."
I'll ask my original question. The management, b.o.d, partners etc are putting their names out very publicly, do J Park etal. feel they can never be caught? Is someone else orchestrating the "pump and dump" scheme? Isn't 3 months an eternity in the pump and dump game? If Park is a well meaning dupe, who is the "man behind the curtain" in this all? Who is benefiting from this? I am trying to understand, but none of the dots connect.
