B_B - How can Q-1 be positive ?

Hydrogen production is still not fully operational or at full capacity.

And there will be no BIG orders until the 45 v rules are finalized.

In spite of what Paul and Andy say, we have very strong reasons why Q-1 will just be more of the same.

Mixed results at best .
