Can anyone shed light on who is the source of the article and how they have the information about the merger?



Yeah, it's the fabrication of an unidentified con artist pumper presented in a "blog" to keep the fairy tale of a legitimate, thriving, multi-billion dollar company merging into this scammy stinky pink shell company and handing over its ownership to the shareholders for nothing.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
