So you have no shares and just doing it out of the goodness of your heart?
Also you might want to be careful telling people to buy shares - It is illegal to do so without a license qualifying you to act as a financial advisor and qualified investor. The person asking you to invest for them can require you to pay back any of the losses or even your under performance! You can also go to jail!

I just care about you and don't want you to get in trouble.
