This company discredits themselves. This isn't a business in my opinion. It exists to serve up hug profits for these predatory lenders. How often have you seen this kind of spread between conversion and trading prices? How many companies run infomercials to sell it? We know who pays for all of this nonsense.

This company claims to be in the Merchant Banking and Finance business yet is defending a lawsuit over a balance of only 33K with another note in default for another 33K which likely represents another lawsuit.

Can’t believe how hard you try to discredit the company? Could you please explain why? What is your agenda?

The have problems with two relatively small notes so there isn't any big money behind this. First is the GS Capital Partners lawsuit over the unavailability of conversion shares for a $33K note, then the Quick Capital note of only another 33K that is in default and subject to some pretty nasty default language.
