.....................going with $15 per, about $9 of which is a "dividend" and the FDIC might, might bake that into the cusip value and alert the IRS that the payout is a LTCG.....(dividend is a "value blend")........one simple form and saves 16% in taxability (37% tax bracket minus the 21% CG).......WE COULD ALSO LABEL THE DIVIDEND A LTCG EVEN IF THE FDIC DOES NOT AND FILE A PROTEST WITH THE IRS - BUT YA GOTTA PAY THE TAX UPFRONT, anyhoot)...........aimho..........GO ORIOLES.........(at least until we get our money)................
