at whatever the pps is when kim and rice find themselves out of their depth...

kblb, if highly successful, will grow into a rather large company...fast...they will find themselves in the company of conglomerates that want to do business with them and probably screw them to death as well...as the company grows, their jobs will become far more challenging and imo, out of their abilities...

i dont know what the pps will be at when that happens...but when we get there, it will be time to take a buyout offer and put kblb in the hands of a much larger corporation...

at 10 bucks per share, kim will pocket $2.3 bil and rice will pocket $110 mil...they will get consulting gigs with the buyout company with big salaries and probably $25 mil or so worth of warrants and options...not to mention all the perks that go along with being a player at a big company...access to company jets etc...

they will be the ones who make the decision to sell...shareholders will get to vote but the reality is, what kim wants is what will happen...

i dont think theres a particular pps that has to be reached before kim sells...it will be when he decides enough is enough...

the threshold is 4...and we need to be well above it when we uplist...id say at least 6 without a r/s....if there is a r/s theres no reason not to do it at 10...
